Ok, so it's not terrible, but of the 3 changing tables I have, this is definitely the lowest quality one. It looks good from a distance but they're are many imperfections up close. I bought it because it looked like it would fit the 11x11 collapsible boxes, and it does, barely. And someone else said it was beautiful so I was hopeful. Here's my issue: the materials are super cheap. The hardware comes with one extra piece each, which is great because I broke one of the peices with hardly any force. The hardware is absolute garbage. I highly recommend using wood glue on this thing because of all the small gaps left when the pieces are put together (I found my wood glue AFTER I put it together, go figure). The back headboard is darker than the rest of the pieces but it's not a big enough issue for me to care. It still matches my crib color really well.I give the seller/manufacturer 5 stars for service. The first changing table came with broken parts. I messaged them and they were both quick to reply and quick to send new parts. It's just that the product itself is lacking in quality.Oh, and it's really tall, which is actually really nice as my husband is tall also. But for shorter people, it might be too tall, especially since the baby will be about 5-6" below the railing. I bought one of those curved inserts which will bring baby up several inches and the insert fits snugly in it.This item looked so pretty in thr pictures but come to find out it was missing parts and the directions are horrible. Nothing was labeled correctly.We set this up in our living room as our downstairs changing space. It's a complete life saver! It doubles as a crib and changing table, but we only use it for diaper changes. I don't have to worry about our little guy rolling off the table. The screws are too small for the holes and they don’t even engage. The table has no stability. Customer service is awful. Called three times and could not get a hold of anyone. Amazon tried to get company involved with return. Company ignored Amazon. We had to pay $100 out of pocket to return the table. Luckily Amazon will reimburse us. Please DO NOT buy this table. It’s poorly made and is unstable.
